My uncle lives in the city far from us. But from time to time, he visits us and spends a night with us. It is good to know that he always remembers us even if we seldom see each other. Every time the uncle visits us, he always asked the brother to give him the speaker that we are using. However, the brother can’t give it to him because it is so precious to him. Instead the brother promised him to give him another one. The brother is thinking of buying portable amp for my uncle like the pignose amps at Guitar Center. He saw it while browsing over the internet. The design is simple but very nice. Hopefully the brother will have this amp before the uncle visits us again.

The family will have summer escapade this weekend.  I am in-charge of what food to bring on that day.  We will be going to the one of the famous beach resorts here in the city.  Because we will be staying overnight, it is best to bring foods that would last overnight.  It is difficult for me to choice because I do not have lots of knowledge about foods.  Thinking of what dishes to bring did really gives me headache.  While thinking, I remember that I bought cookbook back when I was in college.  My goodness, how did I forget my cookbook?  I hurriedly went to my storage box and hoping to find my cookbook there.  Good thing I found it.

My cookbook did help me in selecting of the foods to bring on our summer escapade.  I have done listing of the foods to bring. I will show it to the family and see if they approved it.  After approval, I will be heading to the supermarket to buy the things needed because the summer escapade is few days from now.  Nyay! Thinking about the days left makes me so excited.  White sand beach here we come.

His passion in playing guitar does not stop my older brother to buy his own guitar. It is his dream to have his own guitar ever since he is still in high school. But he did not able to buy one for financial reason. After finding a job, his first project is to buy guitar. True enough, the able finally bought a guitar. Every night after dinner, he always plays guitar in the terrace and I am his singer. Haha! Anyways, now that he has guitar the brother’s project next is to buy Guitar Parts to make his guitar more attractive and has wonderful sounds when strumming. And after buying the parts for his guitar, I am pretty sure he will buy again stuffs for his guitar. That is how he loves his precious guitar.

I must admit I am not into pasta that much except for spaghetti.  Well, spaghetti is one of my favorites.  Other than that, I haven’t tried any pasta recipe.  Though I have tried the carbonara as I have posted in my earlier post, and I do not like that taste.  Spaghetti is a winner to me.  Anyways, I have heard lasagne from my sister before when she is on her first trimester of pregnancy.  She always asked her husband to buy her lasagna.  Looking at her makes me want to try it however, I am hesitant because of the not so good experience with the carbonara dish.

Anyhow, when I and two blogger friends have lunch together, they both ordered lasagna.  Looking at them makes me think that this dish is really delicious.  I promised to myself that I will try this dish soon.  Yes, very soon because I am so eager to know the taste of this dish.  True enough, it is really delicious and mouth watery dish so to speak.  I tell you that this dish is my new favorite.  Every time the sister and I go out and dine outside, lasagna is always present on the table.  I will be eating this dish more often for sure.
